She's named Lucy, and she's the teacher of the dragons. He doesn't know who she is, but it's clear that he wants to defeat her. He says that he traveled through eclipse into the year X777, which is the year after the dragons were born. He explains that the dragons wanted to make sure that the door to the future would be opened so that they would be able to escape. He also explains that he opened the door because it was a good idea, since it was the era of zeref, who created the door. But, he says, the door wasn't opened because of an accident. It was opened because the dragons adjusted to the new age, which means that they were all scattered in the new world. He decides to seal the door of the future so that no one can escape.
