Doranbolt explains that he is the only one who is allowed to enter the guild below the guild. He explains that his real name is "ka clak" , and that he has never imagined that he would be allowed in such a place. He asks why he is not allowed to join the other guilds, and the answer he gets is that the first master of the guild is "buck naked" . He tells the story of how he came to be in this position. When he was nine years old, he was sent by the fairy tail to the island of Sirius to find out what was going on there. Two years later, he came back to Sirius with the intention of finding out what the fairies were up to there. He wants to know all about their evil plans and schemes, and seven years have passed since he left Sirius. He says that it was his decision to come back to the fairies and protect his family. The fairies tried to invade Sirius seven years ago, but the invasion failed after a show of force. The only way to stop them is to disband the entire guild. On the western continent, there are 730 guilds. There are some 500 guilds there, including the fairies. If they attack, the fairies will fight back, and there are about 500 more left to disband. If the council is reformed during that time, then the fairies would be targeted.
