He's happy that he can now look forward to the future without worrying about his grudges. He asks who the sleeping girl is, and she says she doesn't know. He tells her to stay alive, and he gives her a flower mark for good work. He also tells her that she was enhanced by the young girl she was mocking. She's pathetic, he tells her, because she's mocking him for not knowing who she is. She tells him that she is his mother, and that she always thought she was an orphan. She says that she'll never call her mother her father, even if she does have a daughter. She also says that it's bad that she would be killed on the battlefield, since she thought she'd be dead for a long time. She asks if she can entertain him with stories from her past.
