In this chapter, the reader is introduced to a new character, the Fire Wizard. The Fire Wizard tells the reader that he and his brother are the most powerful wizards in the world. He compares them to the fairy tail, who is the weakest of the two. He tells the story of a wizard who said that it takes years to learn the curses that will break an enemy's bone. The fire wizard says that the enemy will always lose if only one brother is able to vanish from the other's view. He also tells the audience that the fire wizard is the enemy of literature.
