In this chapter, we are introduced to the master of the fairy tail, a group of problem-solvers. He is considered to possess an "immaculate level of magic" and is thought to be a member of the "fairy tail" guild. The village headman has requested that he be allowed to go to the island alone. The two men arrive at the village and find that the village is in the middle of a tidal wave. The headman tells them that they are in the wrong place at the wrong time. He tells them to go back to the village where the request was made. The men decide to call the village head and find out what is going on.
