In this chapter, Elmire explains that her reflector magic can only be used on one area at a time. This means that she can only use her magic on one part of her body. Elmire points out that if she were using her armor to twist her body, she would be able to crush Elmire with it. This is because her armor is so strong that she could take the cloth that Elmire is wearing and crush her with it, even if Elmire were using his reflector magic on her own body. She also points to the fact that she cannot use her armor with her infinity robe, which is also so strong, because she can't twist her own area with it either. This leads Elmire to believe that she is the best orator in the world, and that no one can beat her.
