In this chapter, Roxane tries to convince Roxane that she is a "cosmopolitan spirit" . She tells him that she has come to "have some fun" at a "kane beach" , and that she and Roxane are going to "try it out" in a "casino" in the basement of the hotel. Roxane says that she can't believe that a woman like her would want to gamble in a basement, but she's not alone. She thinks that "juvia" has decided to come to the hotel, but "nothing is made making it come out too . . you occasionally find men playing adult games, like this ," she says. "There are only two kinds of a man," she continues, "you can live as a dandy or as a czth , you can stop, and die . You can gleam gleam, but with the things you guys did ." Roxane tells Roxane to "get two luck" tonight, because there's no one who can change her luck.
