This chapter opens with the voice of a man named Hibiki, a member of the blue-pegasus guild, who is in love with a beautiful woman named Erza. He tells her that he has been worried about her since he has not been able to communicate with anyone. He says that one of the members of the guild has very good hearing and that it is possible that the man can hear everything they say. He plans to send a map of Erza's location to her so that she can get there as quickly as possible. He also tells her about a new magic called information compression, which is a method of turning information into data. He promises to protect her until Natsu gets back, and then he will kill her. He then tells the man that he can ride a bike with a plug in it, which he calls a "motor show from hell" . He warns the man not to race him, but to watch very closely, as he still has to use one hand in his magic and the other in his speech. The man tells him to concentrate on his signal, fire with everything he can, and that he thinks it is time to end the whole thing.
