When Carla asks what's been going on, the fire dragon tells him that he's not allowed to interfere with his plans. He says that it's you, the forgotten breed, that's going to be destroyed today. Carla wonders why he didn't just run away when he saw that. He's looking for Gajeel, but he can't find him. He tells Carla that he has an official job to do. He wants Carla to take the book from the demon's hands and give it to him. The book is the key to his plan, Carla says, and he wants to know what he can do with it. He asks Carla not to open the book, but to simply steal it.
