About This Chapter
The fairy tail chirps, like it has a scar on it. The guys are grateful, but they're not sure if it's because the demon is eating them or because he's a demon eating them. They don't really want to accept the seven-million-dollar reward, but hey, they'll accept the key anyway, since they've been friends with the guys for a long time. So, they accept the reward, even though it means they won't be able to go back to the city of Deliora, which is where the council is based. He tells them that Deliora was a cruel woman, and that the greater their personal loss, the greater the loss to mother. He wonders if she took children as disciples because of her "lingering feelings" for this subject, but he doesn't think that's true. He also says that the only person who gained from the battle was Lucile, who will grow up to be a powerful man. The only thing that he gained was the key, which he'll use to get back to Deliora's house. The fairy tails aren't sure what the key was for, so they ask him what it was for. He says it was "the half horse, half man centa
