The chapter opens with a brief description of the main character, Hibiki Letis. He's 36 years old and has been a wizard for seven years. Letis has been working on a new system that will allow him to "miniaturize his system" . The chapter ends with a soliloquy about how the fairies are going to crush all the other witches. They don't even know where they're going yet, but they've got a plan. They need to find out the addresses of the four former council members who attacked the tribe and laxus, as well as the one who released the devil particle. They're also going to need information on tartaros, so they can figure out what he's up to. They also need to know where the other former members of the council are, so that they can make an antidote for laxus.
