In this chapter, we learn that Romeo is still alive, and that he has been shot in the head. We learn that he is still a witch who does not believe in murdering anyone. He tells us that he was prepared to apologize for his sins in his own way, but he has not changed. He compares the book "The Arc of Time" to the ancient Greek and Roman times, and says that the time is lost in the process of time travel. He says that he will learn to use this time travel spell to return the world back to normal.
