About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the twin dragons are still roaming the streets of the city, and that they're not afraid of them. They're just afraid of the humans who live in the city. The two women, however, are very different: millianna is the one who was controlling the ultear, and she's also responsible for the building of the "tower of heaven" . She doesn't want to live in a world that's full of wrongs, she tells us. She tells us that she'll accept the challenge to fight the city's smaller dragons if she wishes. She also tells us about how ultear was as a child, but she didn't have anyone to teach her how to live right from wrong. She says that she can't live in this world anymore, because the world is full of bad things. She wants to kill the "rogue" who's living in it, or else the city will fall into the "shadow of evil" and the two women will have to live with it. She's not worried about killing the rogue, she says, because she knows the light will kill her if she ever falls into the wrong trap. She adds that the light is the only thing that matters to her, and if she falls into a bad trap, she can count on it to kill her. When she hears the sound of the battle, she realizes that it's a battle between the two of them, and wonders if there's anything she needs to say to her. She asks if she has seen Urtear, but he hasn't. She wonders if he's still in love with her.
