The chapter opens with a description of the young elf, who is known as the "fairy tail" because of his magical abilities. He is a member of the "six-legged mobile phantom lord" , a group of magical beings who live on the sixth floor of a building. He tells us that he has been searching for his pet parakeet for the past week, but it has gone missing. The healing wizard, Porlyusica, is the only one who knows how to cure the wounded, and she is also a specialist in healing the wounded. The young elf tells the story of how he ran away from home for a year, and then suddenly his father wanted him back. He didn't know how to deal with it, so he went out on adventures. The fairy tail tells him that they are being pursued by one of the members of the guild, and that he should tell her that he will help her if she will become his wife.
