In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named "Lucy" . He is a wizard, and he tells the story of how he came to live in the magical town of Louse. He explains that he was rescued by horologium, who told him that he could sense the "warping of space" , and then sent him to Louse to tell his story to his friends.
