In this chapter, we learn that the ghost of the dead man, zeref, is still alive, and that the council has been looking for him for eight years. It's no wonder that the people of the island are so desperate to find him. It makes sense, says the narrator, that the master hades would want to find a man who was "someone special to you" . In other words, they want to get close to the "one magic" , which is the only thing that can save them from the evil of the world. The narrator is surprised to find that the magic in his body has returned to normal, and he's happy to be back. He's even more excited when he realizes that they've been sucked back into the "black hole" of the universe, and now they're going to have to fight to get out of it. He wants to fight even more, but he can't figure out how to move the "thing" that's sucking everything into the universe. He decides to make a puppet out of the ghost, so that he can use his magic to defeat the evil spirits.
