In this chapter, we learn that the phantom wizards are on their way to the fairy tail festival, where they're supposed to attack the fairies. The two young men, Jet and Droy, are on a team with a girl named Julia, who is also a member of the "phantom lord" guild. Julia is a rain-maker, and she's the one who's been keeping the fairies safe. She's also one of the members of the phantom lord guild, which is made up of a bunch of weird dudes who live in the "great sea" . They're called "the phantom lords" because of their magical powers, and they all come from a place called the "Great Land" , which means "the great ocean." They've got lots of weird powers, but they don't have the magical powers to stop the fairies from attacking them.
