The chapter opens with a description of the protagonist, who is called "the fairy tail" . He is a member of the Fairy Tail Guild, a group of magical beings who live in the magical land of the fairy tail. The protagonist explains that he is a man who loves to play the drums. He has a dream that he will one day become an idol singer. He tells the other members of the guild that he does not want to repeat the mistakes of laxus, who set up friends and forced them to fight each other. He says that he plans to punish laxus for his actions. The other members agree that laxus has set up a bad precedent, but they do not yet know what to do about it. They decide to kick the witch's guild out of the town.
