In this chapter, we find out what's going down between Julia and Lucy. Lucy is all, "hey, I'm going to be the guide to hell for both of you." She's not going to let Julia get away with it. She'll kill her if Julia doesn't do what she wants. Julia's like, "I don't care what you think, I just want to do what I want." Lucy's all "I'm not going anywhere." She wants to kill Julia, and she's got a plan. She tells Julia that if she does what Julia wants, she'll suffocate and die. Julia says, "It seemed like Julia was just starting to make friends" , and Lucy is like, well, that's just not true. Julia wants to go on a vacation, but Lucy says it's too late. She wants Julia to go to hell, because Julia will chop her into pieces if she tries to kill her with a water-mender. Julia is all "you're going to send me more than you can take, and I'll be back to normal" .
