In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, Carla. She's a little girl, and she's super cute. Carla tells us that she and her friend, the Mechanik, are going to destroy the city. They've got a plan: Carla and Mechanik will attack the city from the sea, while Carla will attack from the port. This way, they'll be able to get rid of all the enemies in one fell swoop.
