It's been a while since the last time we saw Nemo, and now we're back in the middle of the action again. We're told that Nemo's magic has been broken, and that he's gone back to being a normal guy. He's still wearing his green tea bow, but he doesn't seem to be in the best of spirits. Nemo tells us that all of the other members of the gang have left to purify the environment, and they're looking for Nemo. He tells us to bring him back right away, because he'll be able to extract some information from you. He also says that he loves zeref, but that he can't tolerate the way his magic is used for torture devices. He says that water torture and the foot-sole-licking torture are torture devices, and he'd like to know what's going on with them. Nemo explains that these are tortures that are meant to make the victim lose his or her faith in himself or herself. He points out that the water torture involves bathing the victim in salt water, then releasing a goat. The goat's tongue begins to wear away, and the skin on the victim begins to peel away. This is torture, and it's worse than water torture, because the goat starts to lick the victims feet forever. Nemo says that's not the case with the foot licking torture. Instead, he explains that it involves placing a victim in a salt water bath, then letting a goat release a goat, who then licks the victim. This torture is much worse, because once the goat is done licking the victim, the skin begins to slough off, and flesh begins to fall out of the body. Nemo then says that this is a new torture that he has on his mind. He wants to know why
