This chapter opens with a flashback to the events of the previous chapter, in which we learn that Nemo was fighting with Zeref when suddenly, Nemo's body suddenly shook, and he was thrown to the ground. Nemo is now suffering from an anti-ethernanos tumor, and the only way to remove it is with surgery, which is not available in Illyria. Nemo, however, is still able to use his magic to shrink the tumor down to the size of a normal human body. He tells us that Nemo has been able to do this because he has the key to the secret location of the key, which he will reveal to us in a future chapter.
