About This Chapter
Lamia scale is a 17 year old girl who has a grudge against her teacher, Deliora, who murdered her parents when they were very young. At one point, she left Lamia to follow Lon in an effort to destroy the demon. In the caves where the villagers worshipped their gods, she says that she would enter to receive the "words of the gods," but the brain of Lamia tells her not to get violent. She says that the caves were where they worshipped the gods, and they say that if a priestess entered, she would receive the words from the gods. The brain tells Lamia that they should revive Lon, bring him back, and continue their search for nirvana. Lamia says that they will not need to revive Lon if he is revived, as there is always a million people who want to make "jewels." She tells them that all the active parties in the forest have entered, and that they are all dragon slayers. She tells the crowd that the sky dragon that taught her dragon-slayer magic vanished seven years ago. The trees are black, they say, because of the influence of the "unreal world" of nirvana. They say that it is from the "influence of nirvana." Lamia then tells everyone that she is a lost man who has been separated from her group. He says that he is the only one who knows where " nirvana is," and that he was "bathed in ether nanos" and "turned out this way" you owe him.
