Nope, this is just part of a restaurant's job. The waiter is making the dishes for the island, and he's wearing the same clothes as the island's "wizard." The waiter apologizes, but he doesn't mean to. He's just trying to make sure everyone's happy. He says that he'll give his best shot at the part, and thanks everyone for their hard work today. He also tells us that the magic council has made some big mistakes, and that they're planning to make some new ones. The fairy tail says that if things go their way, they'll be able to eliminate some guilds that might be in trouble. They'll need to build up some bonds between their guilds, he says, because there's a big gathering of dark and light guilds there. The dark guilds were crushed by the "raijin tribe" and the "ghoul spirit" when they met in the dark. The fairies are going to take down the "oraci-n seis" ! They're not angry at all, they just want to take it on. They don't know who these guys are, but they can't wait to do it.
