About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that godhood is able to rise to a higher level when it's activated through a divinity. In this case, we're talking about the fact that we don't really have a divinity, so we can't reveal our emotions. So we'll just use our bare hands to try and bully the weakest of the lower-ranking true gods. We'll call this "swishing." We're guessing that's what you're going to do when you try to bully a lower-ranked god with your sword. The guy is faster than we thought, but he's also using his trump card: he can only use his destruction godhood to destroy everything. The dude's got a lot of destruction blades, but they're not very fast. He's not going to be able to see what's going on in his opponent's eyes, so he can safely absorb the guy's godhood. We learn that the dude also tried to use the "destruction godhood" to overcome a "bottleneck," but he didn't have much luck. So the dude is going to have to use another godhood, this time, to defeat the guy. He thinks that maybe the guy is just a little bit stronger than the guy before him, and that the guy should have just let the guy lose as well. He doesn't want to let the guys lose, since they'll still be asking about it later. He wants to know if the guy was really defeated, or if it was because he was really strong.
