This chapter opens with a description of a "human world lord" attempting to break the "four dimension barrier" with brute force. The reader is told that the human world lord is "pretty imaginative too" and that the barrier cannot be broken with "the power of nine stars" . The audience is also told that this is the first time that the reader has heard of the "great shifting technique" , which involves the use of the stars to move through space.
