In this chapter, we learn that the owner of the immortal tomb, the blue dragon, has decided to give up everything in order to find the "scentiest talent" of the century. The blue dragon asks if he is an immortal, and the answer is no. After dividing his soul into two parts, he has lost the ability to enter the "circle of reincarnation" . This is like burning down a bridge behind him and permanently erasing himself. He says that he is the first person to beat the dice game, and he is probably the one who has the greatest luck. He explains that he wants to pass the "wheel of luck" in one go, which is a chance of 1 in 56 trillion . He wants to know if humans have the power to foretell a person's fate. They do, he says, but they do not know how to do it like their elder brother. He suggests that they let the elder brother try to foretell their own fates. The elder brother says that even a human could foretell a human's future, but that he could not do the same for a true dragon. He adds that humans occupy every single major world.
