The next morning, the sky lord tells his sister that the barrier has been broken and that the ancestral dragon has been hatched. He wants her to give the dragon to him, but she refuses to do so, saying that she has something important to discuss with him. The sky lord says that he will take her to his boss, who will be able to figure out what is going on. He tells her that they can't keep the dragon either way, and that they'll have to take the dragon back to the clan. He says that the dragon is trying its fourth transformation, and he's worried that it's going to seal itself in its fourth incarnation. He asks his men to look at the skin of the dragon, and they say that they won't be able do anything about it after the fourth transformation. They're so close, he says, and now they have to wait until the peier comes back to find out what's happened. He wonders if the others are okay, and then he wonders why the woman is holding the dragon. She has the ultimate weapon, the black starax pick, which can destroy any obstacle. The barrier couldn't defend against the egg, because the egg just hatched when it went in. They can grab the dragon from her and have someone else deal with it once they get back. The boss wonders why she's holding it, and wonders if there's some reason for her to hold it. He's not sure, but he knows that she must have something to do with it. She's been testing by the obelisk
