This chapter opens with a discussion between the ji family patriarch and his niece. The patriarch tells his niece that someone has defeated her, and he wonders what the kid's background is. He says that the girl is the strongest prodigy in the family, and that if she had two bodies, she would be able to double her efficiency in the battlefield. He also says that silence was a good idea, as she only lost half of her total points even though she lost once. The old master says that those who die in the battle can be revived, and the kid might have some power as well. He asks the old master how he made the cultivators whose golden orbs were killed by him and thus their points belonged to him. He wants to know how to refine the magnetic force inside the mountain. He explains that the method of refining the force within the mountain is recorded in this scroll. He tells the patriarch that he taught the method to him in private, but that he must not share it with anyone else. He adds that he also has two other guards who have similar points to him, and will accept his offer. He then tells the old man that he can go collect his points outside of the city. He goes on to say that he will definitely face the young master with his full power, in the last stage of the battle.
