The next morning, the gang goes back to the cave to check on the progress of Luo-Tianxing's mission. They find that he's dug through the layer of rock, but there's no way he could've gone anywhere else. He must've used his sword to hang out in the cave below, and now that it's gone, there must be a new cave below. The gang thinks that the new cave must be the entrance to the new one, because the marks on the stone look like they were made with a sharp sword. They're not sure how it could be possible, but they're determined to find out. They dig deeper into the cave and find more mud. They think that the mud is luo-tianxing, and that he must have been using his sword there. They can't figure out how to get out of this new cave, so they'll have to find another one to escape. They hear a rumble and a splash, and then they find out that the guest they've invited to the mansion is there. He's not there yet, but he'll tell them what he found. He says that he dug along the side of the cave where they left off, but didn't see anything, so he just dug underground. He ended up in a pond by accident, and he thanks the gang for their help. He thanks them for their time, and says he will return to the "Hantian mansion" . He sees the mud as a soul container, which means that the soul inside is trying to escape from the outside world. He can use his divine sense to figure out what's happening inside.
