Back at the Temple of the Lord of the Rings, Roxane welcomes Roxane's return. She tells Roxane that she brought back two new recruits, one of whom is a son of a lord of the dalun world and the other of a sky rat. They will join the Temple once they reach the god sea realm. Roxane teases Roxane about the fact that she can smell the stench of a peasant from far away. She also teases him about how he can't recognize his own master because he's so far above him. He says that he can tell that Roxane is way beneath his master because his cultivation is world lord level, which means that she's way below his master. He also says that the other man in charge of the Temple, Luozheng, doesn't like him because both of their fathers are Heavenlords. He thinks that the talent he found isn't as good as Luo's. Meanwhile, everyone in the Temple can pick a divine weapon from the armory, but what they get depends on their own ability.
