In this chapter, we learn that while humans live in the Heavenly Land, they are also part of the divine realm. The Heavenly Land is described as a "sit on the ground" and "travels eight thousand billion" miles a day, which is why it is called a "spinning downward" and a "falling into the depths of Chaos." This is why Master Ren gave up trying to create an entire universe. Master Ren is one of the few people in the Divine Realm who believes that there are two kinds of cultivators in Heavenly Land: those who are promising and hopeless, but who are able to make hope into reality. He tells the young man that he is the third type of cultivator, and that he can make hopes become reality. The young man then tells the story of how the hao clan is fighting against the ten g clan. The ten g king says that the war will make the whole world a "living hell," and he promises to improve the lives of the people of Heavenly Land.
