The two men try to figure out what Luo is up to. They're not sure if he's trying to kill them with his sword, or if he just wants them to hook him over and let him die. Luo's voice rings out, and the two men realize that they're the ones who killed him. They decide to strike first, since none of them are going to try to kill Luo with their hooks. They don't want to wait for Luo to take the bait, so they'll kill him right away. The man explains that he used to be an ordinary cultivator, but one day he found a steel sword in front of a corpse. The instant he touched the sword, however, he was enveloped in a powerful consciousness, and all the skills he learned and the secret realms he explored were thanks to the sword. He's his teacher and his savior, he says, and his thoughts are with Luo. He doesn't care if Luo tries to kill him with friendly fire, he'll do it as Luo wants. He wonders if he might be able to resist an attack from Luo, but he knows that he can't. He knows that Luo has already come over, and he knows he has to kill the man immediately. He wants to know what the heck is going on, and what kind of weapon is Luo using.
