In this chapter, we learn that Cai Ming-liang will not be too involved in the battle against the Chaos. He wants to make sure that the Chaos is punished for the damage it has done to the heavens. He tells the Chaos that he will make him pay for what he has done. He says that he is going to make the Chaos pay for his part in the shattering of the shadow. He adds that he has four more heavenly fates, and he wants to go after them all. He asks the Chaos if he is the only person in the world, and the Chaos replies that if he were the only one, what is the good of his battle of death, indeed. He then sends for a world lord, who will keep watch over the Chaos from afar. The Chaos says that they will let the Chaos get away with living in the Chaos's immortal manor after killing him. They will send world lords to guard the Chaos in turn, so that he cannot leave. They also plan to send the Chaos back to his clan to collect the other crowns of fate. They plan to report back to the clan on the progress of their quest for the crowns of destiny.
