At the beginning of Chapter 708, we are introduced to the "child of heavens" and the "cloud hall" disciple, and are told that they are welcome, although they are not yet "true gods." The "child" of the heavens is someone who has the opportunity to become a "true god" and surpass the "heavenlords." The cloud hall disciple explains that a child of heaven is a person with the chance to "become a true god." He explains that heavenlords are the "most powerful beings" in the universe, and that he can discuss this with the other disciples later. The other disciples are terrified, and the cloud hall master tells them to run away. He tells them that he will go with Master Ku-Deng, who has been attacked by a "grand shaman" . The "heaven-lord" of cloud hall, he explains, is the one who killed his soul in the hall, and he explains that the "children of heaven" are not protected by the "ancient shamans." He wonders if the two of them can survive the "zhujiuyin."
