In this chapter, we learn that there is no such thing as divine retribution in Heaven. It's pointless to resist, because there's no way to summon it. The only way to use it is to use a weapon that's made of chaos energy. This is the first time we've seen a weapon made from chaos energy, and it's the first weapon that can be used to summon divine retribution. We also learn that the only person who's ever been called a saint is this guy named saint jiang. He's a famous alchemist, but he's also eccentric and doesn't have a lot of followers. In fact, his ideas and his personality are so weird that they're not accepted by the majority of alchemists. So, he was kicked out of his sect. In the quest to create weapons of chaos, he tried to gather chaos energy from all four great woods, but couldn't. Finally, he met a fellow alchemist named bei and was able to gather enough chaos energy to create his first weapon of chaos. He then took off one of Bei's eyeballs and refined it into a weapon of the eye of the mythic star. This guy is a saint, even though he didn't achieve sainthood with his own eyeballs.
