The dark devil and the dream weaver discuss the failure of the crystal sword. The crystal sword has the ability to sever all of the laws of nature, but it is powerless against the "divine tier weapon" jiantongtong's slash. The two wonder if they can break into the "immortal manor," but the dark devil assures them that the manor will not move. He tells the dreamweaver that they are nocturnals, and that they must scram to find the "heavenlord shattered shadow" and her majesty. The dreamweaver asks if the devil is seeking death, and the devil replies that what he is seeking is the "crown of heavenly fate." He then tells the dreamer that he is afraid that they cannot hide in the immortal manor any longer. The devil tells him to stay and watch for the two heavenlords. He then asks if this is a matter of the nocturnals or not. The night-owl lord of slaughter has been hiding inside the manor, and he asks the devil if it is an affair between the two nocturnal lords.
