Chapter 120 begins with a discussion between Luo zheng and deacon Xiao about the damage that he has done to the cloud hall training room. He tells him that he can use the training rooms on the upper floor with his purple token instead of the ground. He also warns him not to make the other disciple an enemy. He says that he will note down the damage and take it away from his account later. He then asks if he has found a way to refine the spirit of black nightmare. If his soul is weak, he says, it will be difficult to endure heavenly pressure. He will try to open the black nightmare and see for himself if it can strengthen his soul. He reminds him that they were fellow disciples of the same sect and that they should look for each other. He adds that he also remembers that he gave him the purple token for nothing and that he had no use for it. He asks if it is time for him to show up at the ice palace. He sighs that he is too young to do so.
