In other words, a person can transform his body into a sword and then refine his body to be a human. This is the same technique that the guy in the cave was using when he wanted to eat too much and break his legs. The dude is 50 years old and stubborn, so he's going to have to do something to help him out. He's not going to just rely on dragon scales to do it, he'll have to use his own power. This guy is going to need some help, right? The dude says that he never expected that he'd have to exchange favors with another person. He doesn't know how to help this guy, but he does know that he can use his power to help someone else.
