In this second part of the story, Jim talks to his horse about how he never gets tired of it. He tells the horse that he tried to help him, and that he used it as a chance to steal. Jim tells him that he's not the only one who's been spooked by him. He says that the nogawa guy is a "new breed" of yakuza. Jim says that if he helps him, no one will die. He adds that the rumor has it that the blood sword was placed in New York. Jim asks if he has the right to stay silent about what happened, and the horse says that he does. Jim then asks if there's anything else going on between him and the man he arrested. The horse replies that he doesn't know. He's willing to give it a shot if Jim is willing to do it.
