Back in San Francisco, the gang is in a pub when they hear that Phillips and Yustler have been arrested. The gang decides to take revenge on the police by killing the two middlemen who have been helping the yakuza in exchange for their information. They're also planning to kill Batair and his brother, who are rumored to be twins. Meanwhile, back at the pub, they're getting some shrimp. Um, what's the deal with the twins? Well, they don't really have a lot of money, so they'll have to pay a fee to the police to get information on them. Um...what's that fee for? Um...it's not a lot, but it's a lot for a guy who doesn't believe in rank. Um--what are you talking about? Um, we've got to figure out a way to get rid of your sister pronto.
