Back in New York City, the gang is back at the police station. They're still trying to figure out what's happened to all the people who've been killed in the attack on the eleventh floor of the building. The gang's got a lot of work to do, since the subway system is packed with people fleeing from the attacks. They don't know what to do with the wounded, since they're afraid that other groups will try to take credit for the attack. Back at the cops station, we find out that the attackers were hired by the same government agency that's responsible for the attacks on the subways. So the gang has no choice but to act like a bunch of punks and go after the government agents who hired them to be " mindless killers for America" . We learn that the three agents were recruited by Gahan's "level 42" organization, which is responsible for killing American soldiers in foreign lands. So they've got to go after Gahan and his men, pronto. But first, they need to get Sara to tell them why she's there. She's too weak to do anything about it.
