Vincentio is a member of the Gambino crime family, and he has been accused of murdering Tosin, a young woman who works as a prostitute. The young girl, who is also known as "Anthony," is overjoyed to meet her grandfather. She tells Vincentio that she is a "proper girl" and that her grandfather was her father's first cousin. She also tells him that she has seen a picture of her grandfather in the newspaper and that she thinks he is her grandfather's son. She asks Vincentio to show her how his grandfather got his name, and Vincentio tells her that he is a proper man and that he will show her the picture of his grandfather. He also tells her about Vincentio's involvement in the world of crime, and how he has killed hundreds of people in the name of his country.
