In this chapter, we learn that Dr. Morton is now a monster magnet, and that he's going to have to find a way to get rid of all the other people in his life. He's got to find someone to take care of lisa, jake, or anyone else. He doesn't know who the murderer is, but he knows that his mom was murdered by his boss, and he'd like to think that he didn't have anything to do with it. He tells us that he used to think his boss's name was just "drexler" , but now he thinks it's "gallop" . He also says that gallo is on his way to the shack with his "stupid" ex-wife . The doctor tells him that they're going to take him to the police station right now, but that he needs to be spanking first. He says that he doesn' t know if he should go to the station yet, or if he needs a spanking right now. He adds that the sight of the "lowlife maggot" makes him sick, so they'll take him down the stairs for questioning. He asks the doctor if he has an attorney yet, and the doctor says he'll have one soon. He then tells the doctor that he wants to talk to him, and asks if he remembers the name of the man who killed his mom, and if he had any dealings with the man named "irons." The doctor says that it was irrelevant to why he was in town, because it was the "talk of the town," and that's all that matters. He wants to know if there's anything he can do to help the town, and then he asks if the doctor has ever had dealings with iron. He suggests that if iron is a "holy trinity" with a "divine noble one," then he can bring forth a "cataclysm" that will destroy everything in its path. He goes on to say that this will prove to be an "excellent" attempt to "attack us," and he says he just turned off the lights so he could work without "cool." He then says he found some "pretty freakish stuff" in the jail, and wants to show it to the doctor.
