The demon lord explains that he has heard of the "demon blood sacrifice," a ritual in which humans sacrifice their demon blood to complete the task. He says that the human who offers his blood will be able to trick the other demon clan members into thinking that the humans are demons. The human who does not offer his blood is not allowed to remain in the world longer than two miles, and the effect of his sacrifice will automatically vanish.
