In this chapter, Bei introduces himself as "heng yan" , and tells the audience that he is the leader of the "Demon League." He explains that the "ancient jade league" has disbanded and joined the "demon league." Bei explains that if a person has a "two-fate," they can join the league. He says that the demon league has a large reserve of "spirital stones," which means that even if they were to find some kind of "ancient supreme treasure," they would not be able to steal it. Bei says that he has a plan, and that he and his men can defeat the demon League before it grows too large.
