The wind roars with the summoning of the Snow-Wind-Goddess. The narrator explains that the snow-wind-goddess has only appeared once before, when it held off three demon-beasts and drove them away from the land. He says that for centuries, the wind family has not had to summon the wind god. He wonders why the narrator hesitates to use the wind gods power.
