The chapter opens with a description of the demon egg carved on a stone. The inscription on the stone is of a black-gold rank, which means that the stone can block an attack from that rank. The only problem is that the inscription is a bit blurry. The ingredients to fix them will have to be used with demon blood. The narrator tells us that he has found fifteen legend-rank scrolls, but ten of them are useless. He then tells us about the three scrolls that he's found that are useful for his soul energy. He says that he used them before to save someone, but now he doesn't know if he can use them with his current level.
