In this chapter, the alchemist explains that he has made a lot of money by trading some of the alchemist's potions for the knives. He tells his brother that he can now call him "heng" whenever he wants to buy more items from the alchemist. He also tells him that the alchemist is still on the lookout for them. The alchemist says that they can use the elixirs as they wish, but that it's best to take it easy on them. They find an inn where they can stay for eight days and pay the price for the food. They look at the scrolls and see that the demon blood has faded. They also learn that there are other worlds besides the main world. These other worlds are full of danger, including the abyss demon, the blizzard, the lightning, and the infernal world. They can go back and forth between these worlds.
