In this chapter, the Master of the Nether realm decides to take a test on his disciple. He wants to know who this girl is, why she can be so arrogant, and how she became so strong. The Master wants to test his disciple's ability to sense the laws of nature. He tells the girl to follow the threads of a sphere of reverse, and then to feel the law energy inside the sphere. He says that if the sphere extends by one foot or longer, the disciple will be able to follow it. He then asks the girl how long the threads are, and she says that they are about one foot long. He asks her to close her eyes and use her law energy to feel it. She says that even with both of her eyes, she still failed. He compares her to a bastard who sits on top of a pear. The bastard says that he is stronger than the girl, and that the girl is weaker than him. The two of them seem to be the strongest opponents in this test.
